Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who takes ownership of identifying, planning, and executing marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t wait for direction, but instead translates business goals into clear plans, brings those plans reputed company for feedback, and drives execution end-to-end.

You’ll be expected to independently identify opportunities, prioritize work, and continuously improve marketing performance based on results and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and drive marketing initiatives reputed company with company goals, working cross-functionally as needed

• Translate company and departmental goals into actionable marketing plans and tactics
• Execute marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, events, and digital channels

• Create, schedule, and optimize content across website, email, and social channels
• Coordinate webinars, conferences, and industry events, including promotion and follow-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or reputed company field
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably reputed company a SaaS, B2B, or product/service marketing environment
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from idea through execution with minimal direction
• Experience developing marketing plans or campaigns independently, not just executing assigned tasks
• Strong ability to translate high-level goals into tactical execution plans
• Strong bias toward action with a habit of bringing solutions, not just problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven experience using AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company) to improve marketing productivity and outcomes
• Experience with content creation, social media, and event coordination
