reputed company is seeking an Account Management Leader to join our Boston based team. This leader would reputed company a group of Account Managers who support and drive reputed company with our existing customers. This role requires cross-functional work to reputed company for customers, becoming their voice internally to help escalate and solve issues. This role also requires strong client collaboration to understand their business priorities and help them reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reputed company a team of 5-7 Account Managers to successfully own and reputed company their accounts, and grow the overall book of business
- Report on team metrics (activity & pipeline) and provide forecasting to Leadership
- As a member of the Leadership team, contribute to the overall growth and reputed company of the Company
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams including: reputed company’s Field Sales, Solutions Engineering, reputed company, Product, Support and Professional Services to ensure a positive customer experience and customer growth
- reputed company and implement internal processes to create seamless management of accounts and measurements of team performance while decreasing roadblocks
- Foster the creation and assignment of upselling and retention goals
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant industry experience
- Leader experience required, 3-5 years of experience is a plus
- Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting sales
- Experience with both renewal and expansion preferred

- Ability to think strategically and bring structure to team
