You will play a pivotal role in developing market-specific strategies, building strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners, and ensuring compliance with Indonesia's financial regulations. You will work closely with regional and global teams including marketing, product, legal, and operations to deliver a reputed company growth approach. This is a remote position based in the Indonesia. You will work during local business hours from your home. Your Responsibilities Will Include 1. What Makes You a Great Fit Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, particularly in business development, sales, or market management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field. (MBA is a plus.)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the forex industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesia financial market and its regulatory environment.
  • Experience in managing relationships with forex brokers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
