WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

This role exists to ensure that our financial reporting, technical reputed company, and control environment are accurate, compliant, and scalable, enabling the business to operate with confidence and readiness for future complexity (e.g., growth, audits, and potential public market standards).

THE IMPACT YOU’LL HAVE

In this role, you will:

• Build and strengthen internal controls and SOX readiness, improving auditability and risk posture

Functional Expertise

• Strong experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
• Proven ability to write technical reputed company memos and policy documentation
• Experience working in high-growth or evolving environments
