The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role
Reporting directly to the VP/reputed company Safety Identification, the Vice President of Safety Identification Sales is a key member of the Sales Leadership Team. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of reputed company sales and business development for our safety identification (SID) products. He/she will be responsible for leading and directing teams of reputed company sellers, inside sellers, manufactures representatives, as well as order management and customer service teams. A successful candidate will have a history of demonstrated strength in strategic planning, large team leadership, sales process deployment, leveraging technology and process improvement.
The Vice President of Safety Identification Sales provides overall direction and guidance to the activities of the sales organization and leads reputed company SID sales functions. This will include building and managing a growing sales team; designing and implementing profitable programs; designing and optimizing sales process workflows; designing and implementing programs to optimize customer service efficiencies; and drive profitable growth.
The Vice President of Safety Identification Sales will demonstrate superior leadership skills, work well with a team, work with reputed company levels of management, and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. The VP of Sales must have superior decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict-management abilities. What You’ll Do at Justrite
- Maintain key customer relationships and reputed company and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer reputed company
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly reputed company quotas.

Your Skills and Expertise
To ensure your reputed company from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a reputed company field of study (advanced management degree preferred)
- >10 years proven reputed company in sales with over half of this in sales management and leadership positions
- Excellent growth performance track record and employee management skills
- Experience building and managing direct and channel sales teams
- Deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of sales process
- Background in a fast paced, B2B technology sales environment is a must
- History of helping sales teams in closing large strategic partners and deals
- Experience in implementing and managing a metrics-based sales organization
- Ability to reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with reputed company levels of staff, customers, and partners

Compensation
The position offers a competitive reputed company salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000.
Actual reputed company salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.
