Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Medicare population through daily telephone calls. Your primary duties will include:

• Directing members to the proper services needed
• Educating members on various reputed company topics
• Problem-solving and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services
• Assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on reputed company services and benefits
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve member satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• One (1) year experience in a customer service reputed company role with direct contact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office

Preferred Qualifications

* One (1) year experience in a physician reputed company office environment or high-volume call center

• One (1) year experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
