Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Sales and Service Excellence, you will be responsible for providing personalized solutions to prospective and existing customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty, and meeting monthly sales goals. You will work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. You will use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records. You will be an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers

• Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
• Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records
• Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services
• Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide expert-level knowledge to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience

• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential
• Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
• Occasional overtime may be required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
