Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Type a minimum of 45 words per minute with high accuracy
- 10-key by touch with ease
- Insert patient and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from our hospital system into our internal reputed company system
- Edit and/or create PDF files or reputed company files as required
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service to hospital partners, patients, attorneys, or other agencies working with our patient population
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive information

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Exchange email

Compensation
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
