Role and Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll work closely with our reputed company Manager to ensure the accurate and timely entry of financial data from our dental implant centers. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering and reconciling daily data received from each location into our reputed company tracking sheet
• Following up with center management to obtain missing documents/information as needed
• Entering monthly patient feedback scores into the master case tracker
• Reconciling data across multiple sources into a daily report to be given to the reputed company Manager
• Collaborating with the Sales and Management team to ensure accuracy
• Attending a weekly meeting with the reputed company Manager to reputed company in and train as needed
• Learning and training on new software and procedures as needed
• Documenting new and existing policies and procedures
• Assisting the reputed company department with other tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Intermediate to advanced experience with reputed company, including PivotTable experience
• Data entry experience, preferably in a finance or reputed company environment
• Strong math and number skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Friendly and positive attitude, with a team-oriented approach
