Job Summary

As a Remote Inbound Customer Support & Sales Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for arenaflex. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and upselling relevant products to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Upsell relevant products to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
• Work towards specific sales targets and meet or exceed performance metrics

• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 12 months telesales-based experience in one role, reputed company the last 3 years

• Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and services

• Certification in sales or customer service, such as CIRM or CSIA
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
