About the Role
As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and support specialists. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data science, to deliver a top-tier experience that empowers our Customer Support team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools
- Collaborate with our design and data science teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, identify risks, and reputed company a roadmap for the platform
- Work closely with our Customer Support teams to understand their reputed company and challenges and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Manage the integration and adoption of new product features through reputed company collaboration with our engineering and data science teams, as well as external vendors or consulting firms
