What to Expect: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager - Call Center, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring call center agents to build a strong team

  • Experience managing a remote team

  • A proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
