We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the New England region of our North America sales organization. The Area Sales Manager owns the full sales lifecycle for assigned accounts, identifies new business opportunities, and works cross‑functionally to deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting territory growth objectives. Territory covers Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode reputed company, and Vermont.
What you will do

Sales & Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, from reputed company qualification through order fulfillment
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company the territory
- Gather technical and application requirements to support solution identification
- Recommend engineered solutions reputed company with customer needs and business capabilities

Customer & Cross‑Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with manufacturing to manage delivery changes and minimize customer impact

Territory & Market Management

We are looking for
- Must reside in the assigned New England territory
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or reputed company field from an accredited educational institution
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of the operating principles and application of BLDC, brushed, and stepper motors, motor drives, reputed company screws, and linear actuators as well general engineering concepts of linear and rotary motion and power transfer
- Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based systems
- Must be fluent (spoken & written) in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused, results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company a team environment
