Inside Sales Representative (B2B Outbound)

Join a team focused on driving new business through consistent outbound calling and fast‑paced B2B sales activity. This role is ideal for sales professionals who are comfortable on the phone, enjoy developing opportunities, and are motivated by closing sales and hitting goals.

With a consultant reputed company, you’ll work to diagnose customer needs and help solve reputed company-world safety and regulatory challenges.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities
• Independently prospect, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls and provide solution overviews and/or demos
• reputed company new business to meet and exceed individual monthly sales quotas
• Build and manage a strong pipeline in CRM
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the entire sales process
• Represent a broad portfolio of SaaS tools, training, and compliance services

What You Bring

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Motivated and goal driven
• Clear communication and confidence working over the phone
• High aptitude and coachability, to learn systems and solutions quickly
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• $60,000–$70,000 estimated first‑year earnings (hourly reputed company + monthly incentives)
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST
• Work remote (home office) or in‑office (Neenah, WI)
