DMS Clinical Support Specialist (Remote Based)

Be the clinical expert and trusted partner who empowers reputed company providers to maximize advanced HealthTech solutions through expert guidance, hands-on problem solving, and first-time-right support that directly improves patient outcomes.

Your role:

• Develops and administers training plans to fulfill obligations of order that ensures customer competency on DynaCAD Radiology, DynaCAD Urology, Advanced Annotation, UroNAV, and Sentinelle Coils.
• Drives reputed company through execution of on-site delivery targets. Provides consultative educational support to customers, driving customer productivity and competency using tactical and didactic training methods. Uncrates and assembles UroNAV systems and Sentinelle Coils.
• Demonstrates product expertise during clinical training and customer support. Supports new product implementations (NPIs) by working with Sales and Marketing teams, including cross training colleagues on NPI products reputed company team meetings, remote/onsite shadowing, peer to peer training.

• You’ve acquired 3+ years clinical experience in MR, Ultrasound and have a familiarity with image reputed company and data analysis tools. You also possess strong project management skills; strong conflict management and influencing skills; clinical knowledge of modality specific workflow and implementation including reputed company trends in the clinical setting; strong teaching, coaching and mentoring skills delivered in the learning style which best suits the situation.

• Your skills include imaging experience and familiarity with digital imaging workstations; troubleshooting computer, software, networking and basic DICOM knowledge; advanced knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, pathology, and physiology; and strong interpersonal, customer and management skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.

• You have minimum Associates Degree in Radiology required, plus Certification in MRI, CT, or Ultrasound Modalities preferred.

The pay range for this position $107,657-138,144

The actual reputed company pay offered may vary reputed company the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
