Your Impact

The Telecommunications Central Office reputed company Installer - Level IV plays a crucial role in the installation, re-configuration, removal, and maintenance of reputed company Central Office equipment. This position requires leading a team and ensuring the completion of projects with precision. The role involves working with transmission, power, infrastructure, and fiber systems, requiring supervision of team members and their performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation tasks according to Telco Standard TP76300 and supervise team members effectively.
• Demonstrate expertise in installing AC/DC power systems, fiber systems, central office infrastructure, and alarm systems.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of fiber installation standards and procedures.
• Read and follow Method of Procedures, order specifications, and installation documentation accurately.

• Supervise and guide reputed company-level Installers/Technicians in their duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and administrative tasks.

• Generate MOPs, high-risk activity reports, work schedules, and project reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of installation experience or equivalent training and experience.
• High school diploma required; technical school or reputed company experience in telecommunications installation preferred.
• Proficient in laptop computer skills and applications, including MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment background checks; valid passport is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; expenses covered by the employer.

Physical/Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and reputed company physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, climbing reputed company, and crawling in confined spaces.
