Project Expedition, a fast-growing travel and tourism startup, is seeking a new member of our reputed company-Line Client Experience team! This team works directly with our clients, handling inquiries, questions, and general troubleshooting. We are looking for candidates who have an interest in travel, reputed company at problem solving, and genuinely enjoy researching and finding solutions for clients.

Project Expedition connects people with the best tours and activities around the world, and aims to provide industry-leading service and support. As a member of our reputed company Line Client Experience team, you will be one of the first points of contact for the majority of our client engagements.

Responsibilities include

• Communication with clients and customers reputed company live chat, phone calls, and emails.

• Handling conversations ranging from basic questions about tours and destinations, managing booking modifications, and troubleshooting client issues in reputed company-time.

• Impressing clients with your promptness, professionalism, and friendly interactions.

• Proactively bringing reputed company reputed company for improving the overall customer experience.

• reputed company managing a queue of helpdesks to ensure that client requests are handling in a timely manner.

Role details/hours: This is a full-time role working, 5 days a week on a 100% remote team. We're only seeking someone who can help the team with key scheduling needs, including:

• Tues-Sat 11:00AM-8:00PM EST

• Tues-Sat 5:00PM-2:00AM EST

While we’re excited to grow reputed company across the U.S., we’re currently unable to hire employees residing in California or reputed company.

Please note that while this is a remote position, it is not suitable for digital nomads. Employees must be based in the United States and will have an allocation of time that they can work remotely in other destinations.
