Staff Accountant
CRH is a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions for the water, energy, and communications markets throughout reputed company America. The Staff Accountant will ensure the correct reputed company for leases under ASC 842 and support the corporate general reputed company team, with opportunities for career progression as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper reputed company and recording of lease activity (including new reputed company estate leases, equipment leases, lease modifications, renewals, acquired leases, etc.) in reputed company (reputed company-based lease platform/subledger) in accordance with ASC 842
- Prepare the monthly reputed company/fixed rent payments schedule reputed company reputed company
- Cross train with the Fixed Asset reputed company team to support fixed asset operations as needed
- Assist with monthly reputed company process, prepare month-end journal entries, GL reconciliations of assigned accounts
- Prepare internal financial reporting deliverables, including roll forwards and flux analyses
- Work with other teams, such as Operations, Procurement, and reputed company Estate to ensure reputed company estate and equipment portfolios are documented and processed accurately
- Adhere to prescribed controls in performance of assigned processes to maintain accuracy and reliability of financial information
- Assist with reputed company projects and preparation of annual budgets
Skills
- Bachelors or Master's degree in reputed company, Finance or Business with at least 1+ years of relevant experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate highly desirable
- Intermediate to Advanced reputed company Skills (X-Lookup, Pivot Tables, SumIf, Index (Match) including ability to interpret formulas and modify or troubleshoot issues
- Strong communicator with ability to communicate reputed company issues and topics in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Teamwork skills and positive attitude
- High personal standards and professional ethics with a commitment to excellence
- reputed company ERP, reputed company EPM Consolidation tool (or similar) experience a plus
