Intern, Software Implementation Consultant

Position Title:   Intern, Software Implementation Consultant Department:   Delivery   Location: Remote, must be located in the US and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time, 8 – 10 weeks

Overview: The Software Implementation Consultant Intern supports SaaS client implementations by assisting with documentation, configuration, testing, and delivery coordination. This role is designed for reputed company or recent graduates interested in technology, consulting, or software delivery and provides hands‑on exposure to reputed company client implementations in a structured, mentored environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements documentation (functional requirements, use cases, process flows).
• Support system configuration and setup under guidance from senior consultants.
• Participate in testing activities to validate solutions meet documented requirements.
• Update and maintain Jira tickets and internal documentation to support sprint execution.
• Join internal and customer meetings to observe discovery, solution design, and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Project Management, Product, Development, and QA.
• Support basic data review and analysis activities as part of implementation work.

Education & Experience:
