[Remote] Conversion Document Specialist

The Conversion Document Specialist will manage documentation flow, assist customer reputed company, and improve conversion client experiences by coordinating with recordkeepers and ensuring timely retrieval of retirement assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of vital documentation from other recordkeepers to reputed company
- Assist Customer reputed company in establishing and organizing conversion plan transfer timelines
- Create and maintain relationships with other recordkeepers in order to improve the conversion client experience
- Accelerate the retrieval and allocation of retirement assets for new clients
- QA incoming conversion documentation prior to delivery to Conversion Analyst
- Assist Plan Administrators with reputed company prior recordkeeper communication required to convert a retirement plan
- Monitor existing conversion plans to ensure assets are retrieved reputed company the agreed timeline
Skills
- 1+ years working in a position directly with incoming plan conversions in the retirement services sector
- 3+ years of experience in a relationship management or elevated customer service role
- reputed company strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
