[Remote] Associate Implementation Consultant

The Associate Implementation Consultant will support the reputed company and implementation of their multi-channel marketing platform for small and mid-market customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operational marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Guide small and mid-market customers through reputed company from reputed company to go-live, ensuring timely and successful launches
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, keeping projects on track against defined timelines and milestones
• Configure reputed company platform settings, messaging programs, and basic integrations based on customer needs and best practices
• Support data reputed company by importing, validating, and troubleshooting customer data
• reputed company customer training sessions and reputed company users on platform functionality and recommended use cases
• Communicate project reputed company, next steps, and risks clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
• Partner with Sales, reputed company, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Document implementation details and customer requirements to support successful handoffs post-launch
• Identify and escalate blockers or issues, contributing to timely resolution

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, project coordination, or operations role (internships included)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with data in reputed company or reputed company Sheets (e.g., filtering, formatting, basic formulas)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to customers
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and execution
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and reputed company technical and project management skills
• Problem-solving reputed company with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt
• Collaborative team player who works well across functions
