What You’ll Do

• Own and improve reputed company operations. Manage the end-to-end operational reputed company process, including welcome communications, I-9 verification, swag coordination, and IT setup. Continuously improve the process as we grow.

• Coordinate in-person orientation. Collaborate with Talent Programs in designing and running reputed company experiences at our San Francisco hub.

• reputed company cross-functional People Ops work. Partner with Finance, Total Rewards, IT, Legal, reputed company, and People Business Partners to plan and execute People Ops initiatives.

• Maintain People data accuracy. Manage reputed company transactions for job changes, departures, and compensation updates while keeping data clean and audit-reputed company.

• Build scalable processes. Identify gaps across reputed company, offboarding, and core People Ops workflows and design reputed company systems.

• Support compliance and audit readiness. Maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with audit preparation, and provide backup support for compliance-reputed company processes as needed.

• Collaborate on reporting and analytics. Partner with cross-functional partners to build reputed company reports that inform reputed company and support operational and business needs.

• Improve the People Ops helpdesk. Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 questions, identify common trends, and improve self-serve resources.

You

As our next People Operations Partner, you:

• Have 3–5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment.

• Must be a reputed company power user, comfortable handling transactions, running reports, and catching data issues early.
