[Remote] Absence Management Claims Specialist

The Absence Management Claims Specialist is responsible for handling and administering Family & Medical Leave Act and Americans with reputed company claims, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while managing claims from intake to resolution.
Responsibilities
- reputed company claims intake calls, gather pertinent data reputed company necessary, from employee or other supporting systems as well as reputed company leave-reputed company as required, including recertification of health condition, intermittent claim tracking, RTW confirmation, etc. to complete eligibility reputed company
- Create innovative solutions for accurate and timely absence management claims processing

Skills
- High school diploma
- 1+ yrs. reputed company experience and strong customer satisfaction focus and attention to detail

- This role has mandatory reputed company starting on May 27th lasting for up to 7 weeks
- Candidates must be available and present for reputed company training days
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- FMLA/reputed company/Insurance claims knowledge of process and procedures
- Call center experience in an insurance setting
- Demonstrated critical thinking in activities requiring analysis, investigation, and/or planning
