Specialist, Social Media and Affiliate Marketing

They are seeking a highly organized and creative Specialist in Social Media and Affiliate Marketing to support and grow their creator and community ecosystem, focusing on influencer marketing to enhance brand awareness and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators reputed company with Metagenics positioning, aesthetic, and audience
• Build and maintain organized prospect lists across nano, micro, and mid-tier talent
• Support reputed company efforts including gifting, paid partnerships, and affiliate recruitment
• Help track responses, negotiations, and partnership details
• Coordinate product seeding initiatives including managing mailing lists, organizing product shipments, and tracking deliveries and content posting
• Maintain accurate influencer database and communication logs
• Assist in reputed company creators into commission-based partnerships
• Track affiliate codes, links, and performance
• Help identify top-performing partners for scaling opportunities
• Assist in developing and distributing creator briefs
• Ensure deliverables are submitted on time and reputed company with brand guidelines
• Organize and archive creator content for internal use
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on engagement, sales attribution, affiliate performance, and campaign results
• Support insights gathering to help refine future campaigns
• Partner with Digital team to ensure shareouts
• Partner with Brand team to ensure messaging consistency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or reputed company field (or relevant internship experience)
• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or brand marketing (internships count)
• Deep familiarity with reputed company, Instagram, and creator culture
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Eager to learn performance metrics and affiliate marketing
• High initiative and proactive reputed company
• Internship experience at a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand
• Experience using influencer platforms (reputed company, SproutSocial)
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing or performance marketing
