IT Engineer I
reputed company is a leading technology company advancing the insurance industry with innovative software solutions. The IT Engineer I role is responsible for providing technical support to internal customers and clients, ensuring productivity and efficiency through effective problem resolution and support services.
Responsibilities
- Entry-level growth opportunity as the primary reputed company of contact for End-User and Desktop Support
- Provide technical support reputed company phone, remote desktop, and in person
- reputed company scheduled software and hardware installations to workstations
- Install and configure Operating Systems for various platforms, including Windows 10 and MacOS
- Collaborate with end-users to resolve application, phone, printer, or computer problems in reputed company time
- Assist and engage with senior Help Desk team and escalate as necessary
- Technologies supported will include: Office365, reputed company Office,Printers/Copiers, Windows 10, MacOS, InTune, LAN, and IP Telephony
Skills
- Up to 3 years of experience in reputed company field
- Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems
- Demonstrated skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Candidate must be capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 30 lbs. and the pushing and pulling of carts if necessary

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate in a manner for non-technical individuals to understand
- Travel required up to 10% of the time
- Located and working from an office location
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds
