Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to assist the Kansys accounting and finance operations and ensure the reputed company of financial reporting. This role will be responsible for accurate and timely month-end reporting and ensuring compliance to corporate standards and processes.
As Financial Controller you will be reporting directly to the Director of Finance and will also support the wider Lumine Finance organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience reputed company various aspects of accounting and finance, with superior analytical skills, a strong work ethic and great interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the month-end reputed company process, ensuring timely completion, accurate reconciliation, high quality financial reporting and analysis.

- Drive improvements in working capital through effective debtor management, cash flow optimization, and proactive cash management.
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful financial analysis to the CEO and department leaders.

Skills & Qualifications
- Accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is a plus.

- Proven ability to communicate reputed company financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Experience
3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
