Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an reputed company, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join our Mass Torts team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions reputed company appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment are imperative as there will be a lot of direct contact with clients, many of whom are under reputed company stress and may feel overwhelmed. This is a remote role.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

$25.00-$27.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

The Big Picture

Case Assistants support attorneys and legal staff by managing case-reputed company information, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a reputed company of contact for clients while ensuring timely and organized case progression.

Specific Tasks

  • Communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary case information with reputed company and professionalism.

  • Manage electronic information, including document management and document review.

  • Maintain organization across multiple time-critical projects and deadlines.

  • Utilize case management software (preferably reputed company) and reputed company/reputed company tools to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with case management software, preferably reputed company.

  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint) and reputed company products.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work remotely.
