Contact Center Representative Full-Time | $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Location: Remote About DxTx DxTx Pain & Spine is a physician-reputed company partner organization dedicated to elevating pain and spine practices reputed company. The Opportunity As a Contact Center Representative, you’ll be the first reputed company of reputed company for prospective patients seeking care. You’ll guide individuals through scheduling and education, helping them take the reputed company toward treatment. What You’ll Do Patient Communication & Support
  • Respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone, assessing needs and answering general questions about treatment options 
  • Provide timely, high-quality customer service in every interaction 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information 
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Register and schedule new patients for clinics and surgery centers 
  • Send appropriate materials prior to initial appointments 
  • Manage appointment changes, including cancellations, rescheduling, and confirmations 
Operations & Process Adherence
  • Follow established policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations 
  • Accurately document and manage patient interactions 
Marketing Support & reputed company
  • reputed company outbound calls to warm leads who have requested information or scheduling

Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • At least one (1) year of customer interaction or customer support experience (phone or face-to-face) strongly preferred

Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office ethics preferred
