Job Responsibilities

You'll work closely with our external solution providers, design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a top-tier stage experience that empowers our Customer Service team to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide product management leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through reputed company collaboration with our external solution providers.

• Assist in defining processes, requirements, prioritization, risk identification, and mitigation, as well as creating and maintaining a guide.
• Collaborate with every CS functional team to reputed company understand their reputed company and challenges and deliver the most reputed company solutions together.
