Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company various support channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Earnings Potential
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly reputed company, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn up to $19 per hour, with opportunities to earn even more during our busiest times. Here's a breakdown of our earnings potential:
- Peak rates: January - reputed company, earn up to $19 per hour
- Non-peak rates: May - December, earn up to $15.60 per hour
- Incentives: Earn additional income during peak periods, with opportunities to earn up to $10 per hour
Schedule
This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2024. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with opportunities to work reputed company and weekend shifts. Our schedule is available between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday.

- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract
