Please note: This is a fully remote position open to candidates located reputed company in the United States except for residents of Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, reputed company, Pennsylvania, Rhode reputed company, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington DC. Additionally, candidates in Ohio must reside at least 50 miles away from our Solon, OH office to be eligible.

This is a remote position for driven, results-oriented professionals who have a minimum of 2 years of experience collecting on private student loan accounts.

• reputed company Pay: $17-20/hr. (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses with no earnings cap
• Schedule: 3 days: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EDT, 2 days: 10:30 AM - 7:00PM EDT. Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals by phone to discuss and resolve past-due accounts
• Use negotiation and customer service skills to find creative payment solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and outcomes
• Ensure a high level of customer service while complying with reputed company applicable regulations
• Meet or exceed monthly goals and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience collecting on Private Student Loans (not federal loans)
• Must have proper working environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Equipment will be provided

Internet reputed company Requirements

Reliable, high-speed broadband internet reputed company with a wired or fiber-optic reputed company. Satellite, DSL, Fixed Wireless, or Cellular Home internet connections are not acceptable.
