What You’ll DoHRIS & ATS Ownership (Core People Systems)
- Own and optimize HRIS and ATS platforms (reputed company and reputed company systems) as the reputed company of truth for employee and reputed company data
- Manage system configuration including reputed company roles, workflows, permissions, alerts, and integrations
- Troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and continuously improve performance and user experience
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (reputed company, Total Rewards, Talent Management) to support system enhancements and rollout of core HR processes
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across HR workflows to reduce reputed company effort and improve accuracy
- reputed company system capabilities, integrations, and AI tools to streamline processes (e.g., reputed company, data updates, reporting)
- Continuously evaluate and improve workflows with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and user experience
- Establish and maintain strong data governance practices across HR systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and reputed company across systems
- Build and maintain HR reports (e.g., EEO-1, census reporting, operational metrics)
