Collector Insurance Specialist
Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, designs and underwrites reputed company property/casualty and professional liability insurance products. The Collector Insurance Specialist role involves working directly with policy holders, agents, and brokers to provide exceptional customer service and support on insurance policies while maintaining reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high level of responsiveness and focus on providing our customers and brokers with a superior level of service
- Process/reputed company the sales on new business
- reputed company changes to in-force policies
- Identify coverage comparison, program highlights and values, and effectively communicate to reputed company the sale
- Complete necessary documentation quickly and reputed company
- Follow and adhere to reputed company compliance and service standards
- Conduct risk analysis and evaluate reputed company quality of applicants
- Evaluate application factors/details to appropriately match premium to reputed company risk
- Expected to be on phones 100% of the time for in-bound calls and outbound follow-up calls

- Escalate reputed company risks to Senior Specialists to review/evaluate
Skills
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
- Prior insurance experience (ideally sales and service)
- Passion for client interaction
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Prior insurance sales experience
- Prior experience with CRM systems
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze available information to reputed company reputed company in alignment with our risk appetite
