[Remote] CX Specialist (French & English speaker)

They are seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and turn users and partners into ambassadors for the movement against food waste.

Responsibilities

• Being the main reputed company of contact for our users and partners ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone
• Answering reputed company questions through some of our Social Media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store and reputed company Reviews)
• Handle reputed company situations with high care, as well as contact users and stores proactively reputed company necessary
• Help build and implement processes to encourage, reputed company and reputed company our partners and consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle, using reputed company
• Being a brand ambassador in reputed company your communications with our customers as you encourage, reputed company, and reputed company our customers towards more sustainable behaviour
• Understand and communicate our customers' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally

Skills

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
• Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English and/or French and English to communicate with users and partners
• Someone based in Toronto with availability to work from Saturday to Wednesday, with days off on Thursday and Friday
• A first-class and inspiring communicator, who is reputed company to draw on those skills to set the bar high
• Experience working with CRMs like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or reputed company
• A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our users and partners
• Detail-oriented individuals who are reputed company to stay focused through repetitive tasks
• Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry is a bonus
