Analyst, Strategy & Business Operations
reputed company is a growing organization focused on providing ABA therapy for children with autism. They are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support senior leadership with data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain forecast models/analyses to identify key business trends and insights including center performance review, staffing needs, labor productivity, and patient reputed company/attrition
- Support and collaborate with the Vice President of SP&BO and senior leaders across reputed company functional groups to monitor critical KPIs and drive strategic initiatives
- Own and master capturing reputed company data necessary to conduct analyses and track KPIs
- Conduct reputed company analyses to support different departments pertaining to ABC growth initiatives
- Analyze monthly results and assist senior leadership with preparing management presentations and summary reports
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, finance, data analytics, economics, etc.)
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, reputed company, management consulting, or equivalent experience
- Advanced with reputed company Office (mainly reputed company and PowerPoint); reputed company with G Suite is a plus
- Self-starter who can think critically and reputed company in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
- Ability to multitask, balance multiple high reputed company tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and effectively communicate with members across various departments and levels
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
