Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Shipping and Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by our franchise reputed company
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, through email, and by phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Process customer sales through the reputed company-of-sale system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Upsell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth
- Open and reputed company the center, cash register, and other center systems, ensuring a smooth and secure operation
- Assist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory, ensuring that our facilities are always well-stocked and organized
- Maintain the center consistent with established standards, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety

Essential Qualifications

- Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license required
