As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management, you will be part of our Marketing Center of Excellence reputed company arenaflex, working closely with our global marketing teams and finance teams to drive financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating invoice payments and working with multiple partners to ensure timely remittance
• Using arenaflex's CE workflow system to manage and prioritize payment activities based on urgency and importance
• Researching issues with past invoices and responding to internal financial audits
• Working directly with CE internal and external partners to improve existing processes and reputed company new processes to further improve overall efficiencies
• Partnering with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests
• Creating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations
• Presenting and communicating effectively to reputed company levels of leadership, including senior executives
• Supervising the CE Budget team mailbox and leading daily communications, inquiries, and updates
• Requesting, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• 3+ years' work experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience with growing responsibility in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, with proven experience in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Proficient experience in large data sets and reputed company formulas
• Practical experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar enterprise resource planning software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at reputed company levels, including senior management
• Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies
• Proven track record of working with a sense of urgency and curiosity in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Exposure to other tools, such as reputed company and Workfront

Education

A BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or reputed company field is required.
