Job Summary

The Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst – Team reputed company is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of the Grievance team, providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to team members, and ensuring that reputed company team goals and objectives are met. This is a remote position, and you will work from home, with occasional travel to arenaflex reputed company offices as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst – Team reputed company, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Grievance Coordinators, including goal and productivity management, coaching and counseling, and providing feedback to management and other leadership responsibilities as assigned
  • Delivering training to employees as needed and ensuring that new hires have proper work tools and are trained accordingly
  • Ensuring that Grievance Coordinators expedite timely requests for information and that cases meet compliance
  • Understanding arenaflex reputed company's internal health plans policies and procedures to frame reputed company

  • Managing reputed company duties reputed company CMS regulatory timeframes and interpreting CMS regulations and policies as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate degree in a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Medicare, reputed company managed care environment investigating and resolving grievances
  • Experience in clinical practice with experience in appeals & grievances, claims processing, utilization review or utilization management/case management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently on several computer applications, including reputed company Word and reputed company, as well as corporate email
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads and effectively work in a fast-paced environment
