What You'll Do

As an reputed company Full Stack Technical Customer Onboarding Manager – Web & Cloud Application Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the technical onboarding process for our customers, ensuring seamless integration of our web and cloud applications
  • Aligning technical workstreams with customer objectives, maintaining and communicating customer strategies across regions
  • Creating project timelines for technical deployments, working closely with Customer Onboarding Managers, Units, and relevant workstream owners
  • Setting clear delivery expectations, providing scope overviews, and project plans to ensure successful product implementations
  • Managing governance, risks, and issues reputed company to technical deployments, collaborating with compliance teams to ensure adherence to global and regional standards
  • Building and managing solid project plans, controlling changes that may impact customer outcomes
  • Providing status updates on technical deployments to Customer Onboarding Managers, incorporating updates into overall status reports for internal partners and customers
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and meeting their needs during implementation
  • Collaborating with technical and product teams to resolve technical and product functionality issues, ensuring execution of prescribed end-to-end test plans to meet quality metrics
  • Providing expertise on new products, sharing best practices, and driving change in the face of possible resistance
