Job Summary:
As an arenaflex Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support reputed company email, chat, and phone. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve product or service problems, escalating issues reputed company necessary, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming emails, live chats, and phone calls from parents, district and school administrators, and teachers
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's needs, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
* Take detailed notes of the contact in our ticketing system
* Resolve support issues quickly and reputed company, escalating tickets to the next tier support reputed company unable to resolve
* Maintain updated knowledge of reputed company arenaflex products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
* Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members
* Improve help articles and reputed company support materials to enhance the customer experience
* Participate in product testing to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed

Requirements:
* Previous experience in EDtech, SIS, or technical integrations (SFTP, API, etc.)
* Prior experience in customer support or reputed company and ticketing systems (reputed company a strong plus)
* Proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude
* Multitasking with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Quick learner, tech-savvy, and a desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment
