About The Team The TAM team is responsible for ensuring our customers fully realize the value of reputed company after they’ve signed. TAMs will act as the technical experts for reputed company post-sale clients, partnering closely with reputed company to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in reputed company engineering, detection engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role

  • Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows, including designing, testing, and validating detection logic in reputed company-world environments

  • Ability to translate customer needs into effective detection strategies, configuring platforms to align with diverse technical stacks and threat models

  • Comfort leading technical trials, demos, and reputed company-of-concepts, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and reputed company lifecycle

  • Proven problem-solving skills, with experience investigating missed alerts, tuning detections, and validating detection efficacy

  • Experience supporting customers through escalations, maintaining a reputed company, structured, and customer-first approach

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, balancing technical depth with execution speed
