The Role

reputed company is seeking a thoughtful, reputed company Senior Engineering Manager to join reputed company and help scale our growing engineering organization. This is a critical role focused on enabling sustainable growth, fostering engineering excellence, and supporting a high-trust, high-autonomy team culture. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure team health, reliable execution, and a strong sense of purpose and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and reputed company to align on priorities, delivery, and scope.
• Own operational health of your teams: on-call rotations, velocity tracking, and reputed company improvement.

• Partner with engineers and technical leads to shape architectural direction and maintain high technical standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS
• Familiarity with reputed company-native architecture and DevOps practices, including AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Track record of creating strong team culture, high trust, and psychological safety.
• Effective coach with experience guiding engineers, peers, and upward into executive leadership.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including infrastructure, observability, and reliability.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, scaling challenges, and cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communicator who leads with clarity, reputed company, and pragmatism.

Bonus Experience

• Background in reputed company, developer platforms, or data-intensive systems.
• Familiarity with reputed company's architecture and AWS stack.
• Previous experience with compliance-heavy environments like FedRAMP.

The expected reputed company salary range for this position is $190,000- $210,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but are not limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to reputed company pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offers, and equity awards.

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is reputed company’s reasonable estimate of the reputed company compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. reputed company pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
