Job Description:We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant, to be based at our George reputed company.
You are responsible for Inclusive of, but not limited to
- Retaining reputed company clients as well as servicing clients in terms of reputed company IR issues.
- reputed company clients are contacted as per schedule
These typical Labour Law issues can range from
- Chairing of disciplinary inquires
- Drafting of judgements for clients
- Assist with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance
- Drafting and implementing of policies

Qualifications:You'll need a customer-first reputed company and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- 3 years B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or reputed company field
- More than 1 years’ experience in Industrial Relations
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of labour law
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to effectively function reputed company a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential
