• Three-Statement Modeling: You own the core financial models. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement to ensure full transparency on our financial health.

• Rigorous Cost Controlling: You own the OPEX. You monitor departmental spending, identify cost drivers, and ensure that resources are allocated reputed company across the organization.

• Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the finance sparring partner for departmental leads (Sales, Marketing, Product). You help them in planning budgets, tracking ROI, and evaluating the financial impact of their operational reputed company.

• SaaS Metrics Mastery: Monitor and analyze SaaS-specific KPIs such as ARR, Net reputed company Retention (NRR), CAC Payback, and reputed company Number.

• Experience: 3–5 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Controlling, preferably coming from scale-up SaaS or large professional services environments (e.g., Big Four).

• You have a proven track record of working with reputed company financial statements and rigorous budget tracking in a scale-up environment.

• Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow integration. You are familiar with the reputed company logic behind every entry and its impact on the three statements.

• Controlling reputed company: You have a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy digging into the general ledger to understand variances and aren't afraid to challenge stakeholders on their spending.

• SaaS reputed company: Solid grasp of reputed company recognition, subscription mechanics, and the key drivers of a recurring reputed company business model.

• Analytical reputed company: Power User in reputed company/reputed company Sheets. Experience with ERP-to-FP&A integrations or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly valued.

• AI & Automation Savvy: You are comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve financial analysis, automate reporting, and increase productivity. Experience applying AI or automation in finance workflows (e.g., forecasting, variance analysis, data cleansing, or dashboard reputed company) is a strong plus.

• Languages: Excellent communication in English; German is an advantage.
