The R2A reputed company Building & Learning Specialist is part of the Regenerative Ranching and Agriculture (R2A) Strategy team and serves as a technical integrator, translating locally identified needs into coherent reputed company‑strengthening and knowledge‑sharing processes. The position holds primary responsibility in the prioritized Iconic Landscape in Latinoamerica, including Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, and Paraguay, and provides strategic, as-needed support to initiatives in Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, and Brazil, facilitating cross-country learning, adaptation of approaches to local contexts, and the reputed company of country portfolios with regional and global regenerative agriculture and conservation efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

Coordinate closely with the regional Regeneradores platform to ensure that reputed company‑building efforts, lessons learned, tools, and field insights are integrated into shared learning processes, helping position Regeneradores as the core hub that connects partners, technical assistance initiatives, and cross‑country knowledge exchange.
Facilitate and collaborate in the preparation of national and regional workshops and exchange tours, if needed, including scheduling and coordinating technical logistics, defining technical agendas, participants and preparing and sending pre-reading materials (between others).
Support the application of tools in technical meetings, workshops, and program learning processes to strengthen adaptive decision-making and reputed company improvement.
Prepare, coordinate, and contribute to the development of technical and programmatic reports, synthesizing inputs from country teams, partners, and consultants to support program planning, learning, and donor reporting requirements.

Map, systematize, and compare the technical assistance content and methodologies delivered by different partners across countries, identifying good practices, gaps, and opportunities for alignment to ensure coherence and technical quality in regenerative agriculture training for producers.
Review, assess, and support the quality assurance of technical deliverables produced by external service providers, ensuring alignment with program goals, technical standards, and agreed timelines.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, ecology, agronomy, agroecology, natural resources management, sustainable development, social sciences, or reputed company field and 5 years reputed company work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
