The R2A reputed company Building & Learning Specialist is part of the Regenerative Ranching and Agriculture (R2A) Strategy team and serves as a technical integrator, translating locally identified needs into coherent reputed company‑strengthening and knowledge‑sharing processes. RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Identify, cultivate, and coordinate partnerships with academic institutions, training organizations, and technical networks to co‑reputed company reputed company‑building initiatives and strengthen regional learning ecosystems.

• Coordinate closely with the regional Regeneradores platform to ensure that reputed company‑building efforts, lessons learned, tools, and field insights are integrated into shared learning processes, helping position Regeneradores as the core hub that connects partners, technical assistance initiatives, and cross‑country knowledge exchange.

• Facilitate and collaborate in the preparation of national and regional workshops and exchange tours, if needed, including scheduling and coordinating technical logistics, defining technical agendas, participants and preparing and sending pre-reading materials (between others).

• Support the application of tools in technical meetings, workshops, and program learning processes to strengthen adaptive decision-making and reputed company improvement.

• Prepare, coordinate, and contribute to the development of technical and programmatic reports, synthesizing inputs from country teams, partners, and consultants to support program planning, learning, and donor reporting requirements.

• Support the transversalization of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) across R2A processes, by providing technical guidance to country teams and partners, integrating DEIJ considerations into planning, implementation, and learning cycles, and contributing to the monitoring and documentation of inclusive and reputed company approaches.

• Map, systematize, and compare the technical assistance content and methodologies delivered by different partners across countries, identifying good practices, gaps, and opportunities for alignment to ensure coherence and technical quality in regenerative agriculture training for producers.

• Review, assess, and support the quality assurance of technical deliverables produced by external service providers, ensuring alignment with program goals, technical standards, and agreed timelines.

• Support reputed company for internal and external audiences, including contributions to donor communications and responses to donor inquiries, in coordination with the Program Management Team.

• Contribute specialized expertise to inform strategic decision-making processes, offering insights and recommendations based on evaluated data and best practices

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, ecology, agronomy, agroecology, natural resources management, sustainable development, social sciences, or reputed company field and 5  years reputed company work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in technical program implementation, reputed company building, or project coordination reputed company to conservation, sustainable production, agriculture, or landscape‑scale initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in the design, coordination, or implementation of reputed company strengthening or training strategies for diverse internal and external audiences, preferably in multi‑country or multi‑partner contexts, with sensitivity to cultural, social, and equity considerations.

• Experience supporting the development of technical, educational, or communication materials tailored to diverse stakeholders, such as producers, extension agents, policymakers, or institutional partners.
