HRIS Associate

They are seeking an HRIS Associate to support the maintenance and optimization of HR systems, particularly reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central, while collaborating closely with various teams to enhance employee experiences through effective HR technology.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Support the configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Execute testing for system updates, enhancements, and fixes; document results and recommend improvements
- Review system releases and assess new functionality for potential business use
- Translate business needs into system updates and process improvements
- reputed company data uploads and validation to ensure accuracy and reputed company
- Partner with HR and Technology teams to support system-reputed company initiatives and resolve issues
- Contribute to process improvements, including opportunities to reputed company automation and AI
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, or a reputed company field
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience supporting or maintaining HR systems
- Exposure to system testing, releases, or implementations
- Familiarity with HR data, reporting, or system integrations
- Interest in AI, automation, or emerging HR technologies
