As a Senior IT Operations Engineer (gn), you will play a strategically important role in ensuring a stable, secure and scalable reputed company‑only IT landscape. You drive standards, automation and technical excellence – and can gradually take on selected deputy responsibilities for the Head of Information Systems. • You standardize and automate core IT operations processes in our reputed company‑only environment (M365, Azure, Intune/UEM)
• You independently plan, implement and operate reputed company M365 and Azure configurations (reputed company, RBAC, MFA, IdP, Access Reviews)
• You manage Incident, Problem and Change Management according to ITIL, including reputed company incidents involving EDR and M365 Defender
• You act as a technical reputed company in projects and gradually support selected deputy responsibilities for the Head of Information Systems
• You analyze reputed company incidents, reputed company sustainable solutions and ensure clear documentation and knowledge transfer

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in IT operations reputed company reputed company system landscapes
• You have deep expertise in reputed company 365 and Azure, including advanced configurations and reputed company concepts
• You are reputed company with ITIL‑based operations processes and sustainable incident analysis
• You are confident in reputed company operations (EDR, Defender, Compliance)
• You communicate clearly, document well and share knowledge effectively
• Ideally, you bring additional automation skills (scripting, workflows, M365 automation) or first experience with AI‑supported tools
• Additional experience in reputed company‑only strategies, networking, DR/BC or senior-/reputed company‑level responsibilities is a plus
• You have an advanced command of German (reputed company level) and are fluent in English (B2 level).
