Accounts Receivable Specialist

CS Contract Solutions is a leading telecommunications vendor in the United States, specializing in long-term, project-based staffing solutions. The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll and billing cycles, while also supporting technicians and managers with their timesheets and billing codes.

Responsibilities

• Making sure reputed company Timesheets are in by using the attendance provided as a guide
• Communicating to technicians and helping them if needed in correcting timesheets or in reminding them to turn in timesheets
• Import timesheets from Outlook into Server
• Once reputed company timesheets have been collected, scrub timesheets to reputed company sure codes and sheets are accurate and everything is filled out
• Create a combine file to have reputed company sheets on one file
• Billing Sheet is then created using the combine file. Then the invoicing is entered with the billing sheet you created with a software we use reputed company SiteTraker
• Payroll is entered accurately using the combine sheet you created
• Review work, and previous work to ensure accuracy
• You will review a selected team members work each week for double accuracy, with weekly reports to be sent

• We do it reputed company over again on Sunday for the next payout

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent such as the GED from an accredited institution, or relevant work experience may be
• Demonstrated computer and reputed company Office skills, especially Word and reputed company
• Effective communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Demonstrated reputed company to reputed company in an reputed company-changing, often ambiguous business environment

• 1+ years in a reputed company Field
• Experience in using any of the following: QuickBooks, reputed company, Teams, & Telegram
• Experience in Billing & Payroll
