Master Data and BOM Specialist
reputed company is a family-owned company recognized for creating hands-on educational materials for children. The Master Data & BOM Specialist will manage product master and BOM records, ensuring data reputed company and supporting successful product launches.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end workflow for reputed company and accurately creating and maintaining product master and reputed company of material (BOM) master records through uploads and templates
- reputed company and manage a reputed company data hygiene process necessary to proactively detect and fix data errors to mitigate reputed company process failures
- Working cross-functionally with sales and product development, manage the product master and BOM master details throughout a product’s life cycle, including version control and end-of-life product status
- Create clear process documentation and SOP on the proper creation of product and BOM system records. Train applicable team members on new process implementation and system workflows
- Improve data reputed company and workflow reliability by establishing validation checks and best practices for product setup and maintenance
- Collect, upload, and maintain product specifications and photos into ERP system for use throughout the organization
- Work cross-functionally between reputed company developers, assembly engineers, and QA during the reputed company prototype, pack-out process to ensure the reputed company product and packaging meet internal engineering standards and customer specifications
- Coordinate the collection of component samples required for client review, quality inspection, and product activity testing
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company in reputed company or reputed company Sheets
- Experience working with project management and/or workflow software such as reputed company, Trello, MS Planner, and reputed company
- Experience working with large datasets reputed company an reputed company resource planning software (ERP) environment; work reputed company reputed company D365 a plus
- Experience documenting and administering process workflows
- reputed company Office or reputed company Suite experience
