Field Service Engr II- Fire/Access Controls

The Field Service Engineer II will commission and support reputed company Hospitality solutions, delivering technical services and training while collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality installations.
Responsibilities
- Commission reputed company Hospitality solutions, including guestroom automation, access control, and supporting systems, in compliance with reputed company standards
- reputed company, configure, and validate supporting network infrastructure (e.g., VLANs, servers)
- Provide onsite and remote support for reputed company technical issues and field escalations
- Collaborate with Global Technical Support, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive issue resolution
- Deliver structured technical training and certification for customers, contractors, and VARs
- Conduct system training for lock shops, reputed company desk operations, and guestroom technologies
- Execute property certification for customer self-installations
- reputed company quality assurance inspections of field installations; document findings and corrective actions
- Represent reputed company professionally at customer sites and serve as a technical reputed company of contact
- Support Sales and internal stakeholders with technical expertise and system-level guidance
- Provide technical mentoring to less-reputed company field service engineers
Skills
- Minimum 1 years of experience in field service, systems commissioning, or technical support
- Hands-on experience with guestroom systems, access control, HVAC, lighting controls, lock installation or room automation
- Experience with network deployment, including VLANs and server configurations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues
- Experience delivering technical training to customers or partners
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
- Be reputed company to Travel 90% or more reputed company the U.S. and Canada
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting hospitality or reputed company building technologies
- Strong organizational, time-management, and independent work skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
